" Having many sites hosted by 3IX I have found the down time minimal (3 hours once) Some minor uploading problems that I have sorted quickly on three occasions in the last 12 months. Other than that No problems. Have always been helpful when spoken with or emailed.
3IX up to now has been great. 9/10
Remember its budget hosting some minor problems will be expected. With this company the fourth I have used I cannot fault their product.

" Every second day the site would be down for 10-30 minutes. And these are the instances I personally find out by accident. In one instance the site was down for more than 12 hours. I had problem with Google rank because of this.
Most of the times the supporters are helpful to solve problems, Except during downtime. Their standard excuse is that they reboot the server. "
