All it takes is to login into your account. As for uptime, I’ve never really noticed anything wrong. As far as support goes, this is another area that I’ve personally never needed. i can however talk about thier sales department which has always been helpful to me. I simply called in and asked for a deal, and sure enough I got a great one.”
